REPORT | In the Pro-Am Unlimited Class, Andrew Evanyke
grabbed the Holeshot followed by Daniel Chepkauskas
and Brad Riley. Riley would quickly make the pass
on Chepkaukas and began to challenge Evanyke for
the lead, but in lap three, Riley would go for
the pass down the back straight away, and Evanyke
attempted to hold him off with the pair both blowing
through the turn, which allowed Daryl Rath to
make the pass and take over the lead.

#3 Andrew Evanyke grabbed the Pro-Am Unlimited
class Holeshot | “A few laps into the race I was able to
make a run on him. I came into the turn and I
was losing my front brakes, I ended up putting
it in a little deeper than I planned on and blew
the corner. I had to start all over after that,”
                                said Riley.

                                      Racing's #27 Brad Riley battled with #67
Daryl Rath for the first half of the race
before taking over the lead & securing
the win | Rath would hold the lead for nine laps with Riley
quickly making his way back into the second spot
and challenging Rath for the lead, and with just
three laps to go, Riley made the pass on Rath
to take over the lead, which he held for his second
straight Pro-Am Unlimited class win. “I got by Daryl Rath in the sweeping turn
to take the lead. It was a really good race, we
really battled it out for several laps. We were
neck and neck for a while; my DASA power was just
really working and I was able to make the pass.
I was glad to see Daryl up there. He’s had
some bad luck recently, but I was glad to battle
with him and really enjoyed the race,” said
Riley on his battle with Rath for the win.

Racing's #67 Daryl Rath held off Riley for
most of the race as the veteran racer went
on to claim the second spot on the podium | Rath held on to finish in the second spot for
his first podium finish of the year, which also
boosted Rath up into the third spot in points.“My
race went really well, but Brad ended up putting
it together because the old guy (Rath) was getting
tired, so hats off to him. I had a lot of fun
today though.” Said Rath. Daniel Chepkaukas moved into the third spot early
on in the race, which held to the checkered flag
to secure his first ever Pro-Am Unlimited class
                                podium finish.
