Coming into round two just after claiming
the record for most ATV race wins in GNCC
racing history, Chris Borich got off to a
rocky start with a bit of difficulty getting
his machine started, which got him off the
line in dead last. It took some time, but
Borich was able to gain ground and make the
pass on McGill in the final lap to begin his
charge after Fowler, but he stalled it at
the creek section, and once again he had issuing
getting his quad fired up, but luckily, he
was able to get fired up again and went on
to finish in the third spot, which has him
tied for the points lead with Walker Fowler.

“We have been having trouble with the new
motor, and if I hit the starter button just
right it fires up, but that time it didn’t
want to start. I was pretty much dead last
off the line and worked my way up,” said Borich
after his third place finish.
