After getting a bad start, Kevin Cunningham had his work cut out for him as he had to make his way though the stacked Pro field to make his way into the top three. At the end of lap one, however, Cunningham was able to do just that he came through scoring in second. Cunningham ran consistent lap times and held down a top three position for the remainder of the seven-lap race to finish third.

“I got caught up about 2 miles into the woods and everybody got bottled up I just pushed shoved my way through their and I ended up fourth or fifth. I ended up coming out second by the end of the first lap. I put my head down and started charging and tried to stay up in the top three. Brycen [Neal] and Marshal [Goings] got together and pulled be a little bit, but I am glad to be up here on the podium consistently,” explained Kevin Cunningham

Taking fourth in the MAXC Pro Class was Johnny Gallagher from Aurora, OH who made his first appearance this season at the Mid America Challenge MAXC. Gallagher rode a smart race and secured fourth place for all seven laps on his Yamaha YFZ450R.

Rounded out the MAXC Racing Pro ATV Class top five was Ryland Johnson. The Honda mounted racer bounced around 5th to 7th during the race, but took back over fifth on the sixth lap where he finished the day.
