Anderson started well back in the field and drove
through to finish third. It marks Anderson’s third
podium in a row, after winning the last two rounds.

#37 RJ Anderson worked his way through
the field from a 10th place start

“I’m calling this a victory,” said Anderson.
“I started 10th in the fourth row. I was looking
at the field in front of me and I knew it was
going to be tough. I just wanted to finish. Halfway
through, I lost my front drive and that made it
difficult to get out of the ruts. Jason and I
had a great battle. That was so fun. If I had
have had one more lap, I think I would have had
second.”

Anderson is bullish on TerraCross’ future as
a UTV racing series. “We put on a great show for
the fans,” said Anderson. “We’re racing in a 300-foot
by 300-foot square. This shows the fans and the
media the great show in such a small area. I think
it shows growth for the sport that we can put
on this show no matter where it is. “
After an intense battle for the podium in Round
three, FOX’s Cody Rahders rolled over, but he
came back strong in round four and claimed an
impressive fourth place finish.

The next TerraCross race is scheduled for September
25 and 26th at Charlotte Motor Speedway as part
of the Food Lion AutoFair Weekend, but due to
issue beyond the control of the Terracross series,
it will not be a points race or aired on CBS Sports,
so the final doubleheader weekend of Terracross
racing will be announced in the near future.
