“It was all about acrobatics for me! I got pinched out on the start and next thing I knew I was flipping. I was lucky and landed right side up and just kept going. I was working my way through seeing guys on the side of the track and then I saw Beau there too, so I just decided to drive smart. This win also put me in second for the year, so I am really stoked about that, and I really have to thank all my sponsors for helping me get here,” said Piplic.

Nick Thompson charged his way to his second podium finish of the year as he claimed second on the Pro SXS podium. Thompson had a good start and was running in fourth for the first couple of laps before he able to move into second place in the final two laps and take it to the checkered flag.

“My car was running great and second was a good way to finish it off. This is my first season doing WORCS, so it has been a little tough, but it has been good, so I am pretty happy,” said Thompson.
