how is everyone cutting their plastics and what tool are they using, anyone done it and did it turn out good. im thinkin bout doin it,,,

A dremmel or a sawzaw will work good.

When i cut my plastic i used a dremmel with a grinder tip on it and it worked great. The only problem was it melted the plastic. So u have to sand it afterwards.

i used an airsaw and it worked really well, then i took my buddies air wheel and it had like soft steelwool on it and smoothed them down.

razor blade. exacto knife. then sand it down to the finish you want. those are less likely to get wild and crazy lines if you slip.

After you finish with whatever you choose to use, sand the edges with a heavy grit sand paper, then a fine grit and hit it with a heat gun when you're done. It gives a really nice factory look.

i used a dremmel on mine with a grinding bit...sanded it some...and took a lighter to it looks good could never tell... just do slip when cutting lol
Air Dremmel worked great for me
