I finally picked up the parts from the coater and got them all laid out.
I realized that the outer cages in the OEM swinger were frozen in the swingarm when I had it coated so I had to get the Walsh coated and it should be done next week!
Here are some pics, i will keep them going as I make progress, I have all the parts, now it is just trying to find the time to put it together!
Enjoy!

Schweet. I have the same peg mounts. Is there any footpeg, besides LSR , that fit that frame?

Looks like a fun project Chino! What type of riding are you planning on using the bike for?
I think R.I.S Designs made/makes billet pegs for the LSR frames. I saw a set a few years back but I think they're pretty rare. Even the LSR pegs are hard to find. I have a set of LSR pegs and they're not much to brag about, especially in comparison to the Roll Design pegs. When I get around to putting my LSR frame together I'm hoping to fab up a bracket that mounts to the frame that accepts the 88-89 style pegs.

I wa thinking more along the lines of Rolls with kick ups. Especially on a desert bike

Just curious, since you titled this a "Baja" build, are you going for the old-style Baja race bikes of the past: high ride height, lots of suspension travel, over-size tank and seat?

Good question, the "BAJA" is referring LSR Baja frame, I live in the midwest, a BAJA bike would be a good paperweight!;)
It will be setup for MX/TT (on ocassion)!
