TRX90 Project. New plastic on old model.

Picked up an older 90, and wanted to put new plastic on it and dress it up a little for my little girl. Here is what I started with..

This is after I cleaned of the spray paint from the old plastic..

New Maier plastic.

Had to change the holes for the seat mounts.

Had to weld in the old holes and drill new.

The front tabs didn't line up either.

I don't like that there is no removable grab bar...

In the near future I hope to upgrade to a dual a-arms set up. She had never ridden when I gave this to her on Christmas, and now she flys around on this things like its nothing. The suspension is killing her though.. Gotta start with the upgrades..

Nail polish remover and a lot of scrubbing..

Awesome Job man.....will be doing something similar job on my son's when he out grows it and she begins riding.
