Honda does offer the Rancher without 4-wheel-drive but we feel that this is another option that is well worth the money if you plan on doing any kind of rugged off-road riding.

The most basic 2014 Honda Rancher features two-wheel drive with a five-speed semi-manual transmission with optional Electronic Shifting Program (ESP).

Another option of the Honda Rancher is TraxLock 4x4 and the Honda Rancher 4x4 ES and the Honda Rancher 4x4 Automatic DCT that comes with the option of a fully automatic transmission or (Electric Shift Program) ESP that can be changed with a flip of a switch. The Honda Rancher 4x4 ES and Honda Rancher 4x4 Automatic DCT are also available with Electronic Power Steering (EPS).
