Marion, OH (8/25/2014) - Houser Racing has been a premier manufacturer for ATV aftermarket components for over fifteen years and have sponsored some of the top ATV racers over the years. Now for 2014, Houser Racing is expanding their product line to the SxS / UTV industry with parts for the very popular Polaris RZR XP 1000, which is just the first step for Houser Racing.

After producing some of the best aftermarket ATV parts in the industry, Houser Racing is proud to announce they are now manufacturing SxS parts starting with the popular Polaris RZR XP 1000

The family owned, Houser Racing was founded in 1998 by John Houser and his son Jeff Houser.  Jeff, a former motocross and TT racer, knew there could be a potential opportunity to supply racers with products they needed.  Out of frustration for not being able to get these parts in a timely manner, Jeff and his father John Houser began to make parts on their own. John owned a well-known engineering company that developed products for GE, so they knew the engineering side of the operation would be no problem. After purchasing a few manual lathes and mills, the two began engineering and producing quality products for the ATV industry. After seeing how successful they had become, the father and son team quickly switched focus from winning races to winning over new customers.

“It started becoming a challenge to get people to switch from other peoples components to our components. Being able to race and win was no longer my goal. It was now how many sets of A-arms can I have at this race. If there were 350 riders at a race, could I get 25% of those riders to run my stuff. I just kept trying to grow that number and that’s how it all started. That was more of a challenge for me than the actual racing itself,” said Jeff.

In Houser’s effort to win over racers, they created some industry first products over the years, which quickly became game changers such as Slicast and TricTrac A-Arms. Slicast was an industry first for changing caster independently of camber. 

Houser Racing innovated the standard set of ATV A-Arms by creating the Slicast & TricTrac A-Arms that let you adjust both caster & camber independently

This is often overlooked when setting up an ATV to go racing.
