20th Annual Rocky Mountain Jamboree ATV & SxS Trail Ride Review

As we continued our ride we crossed a few creeks and navigated a few spots of tough terrain but overall the ride was very manageable. We ended our ride back at the Sheep Creek trail head and had logged 27 miles for the day. Once we loaded up, we headed to Mom’s Famous Café for our choice of pie, which hit the spot after a full day of riding.

With our bellies stuffed with pie, we headed back to the Rocky Mountain Jamboree site the festivities were not over! Each evening offers something different for riders to participate in. Monday evening featured the “Get Acquainted Dinner;” Tuesday offered entertainment and free hot dogs and drinks.

Throughout the week there were various activities including dinner, poker run, ATV Rodeo, & Prize Giveaways |
Wednesday highlights include an ATV/UTV parade from the Park to the Fairgrounds and once at the Fairgrounds an ATV Rodeo is held. Thursday evening there is a presentation of prizes for the poker runs that are held simultaneously with the rides and Friday features a final dinner and prizes and ATV giveaways.

Julie Coons is one lucky lady. Not only did she win this year's Honda Rancher ES Utility ATV Giveaway, but last year that the Rocky Mountain Jamboree she won a Polaris RZR 800 SxS / UTV |
We were in attendance for the final dinner and the prize and ATV giveaways. The dinner was great and the prize giveaways were fun. Julie Coons won the Honda Rancher ES Utility ATV that the Rocky Mountain Jamboree gave away. Coons was blown away and surprised by this luck because she was the 2011 Rocky Mountain Jamboree Polaris Ranger RZR 800 winner as well!
“This does’t even feel real! It’s unbelievable to win once, but twice,” exclaimed Coons of her win. “We had an awesome time. It was just wonderful. This makes it even better!”
Overall, the Rocky Mountain Jamboree was a wonderful time. The scenery made for unforgettable photos and the people were welcoming and added to the great time. The event is already planned for next year and registration opens up January 7, 2013.

We had a blast at the 2012 Rocky Mountain ATV & SxS Jamboree in Richfield, Utah. We hope to return next year & once again participate in this awesome riding event! |
The fees are $100 per driver and $100 per passenger. Each attendee receives a daily guided ride, dinner on Monday and Friday, continental breakfast Tuesday through Friday, a T-Shirt, a poker card, a Paiute Trail sticker and entry into Friday’s prize drawings.
