Busco Beach ATV Extreme
Dirt Track Pro & Pro-Am Race Report
::Continued::
“I was watching for a few laps and I saw
an area where I thought I could get by Michael
and I went for it, but I made a little mistake
and I ended up falling back. I got a little nervous
at that point because I knew I had to finish in
at least fifth to get the championship. Kirby
Cooke was the only one to get by me, so I just
kept a steady pace in third all the way to the
finish line after that,” explained Goodman,
whose podium position earned him the 2011 Extreme
Dirt Track Pro Championship.

Harold Goodman challenged #038 Michael Coburn
for the lead, but Goodman only needed to
finish in the Top 5 to claim the Pro Championship |

Racing's Harold Goodman scored both the
2011 Extreme Dirt Track Pro & Pro-Am
ATV Championships by edging out Michael
Coburn in the Pro points chase |
“It feels really good to come back to the
series full time after taking a break last year
and winning the championship again. It has been
an incredible season and it has been a lot of
fun. Racing against Michael Coburn, Brad Riley,
Chuckie Creech and Kirby Cooke has been challenging
and fun at the same time. I have to thank all
of my sponsors, family, friends for their support,
and the Coburn family for making this season a
good one. It has been a really good year and I
am hoping to return to the series next year as
well,” stated Goodman.

#25
Chuckie Creech & #27 Brad Riley battled
it out for the 4th spot with Riley taking
the spot along with a Top 3 finish in the
Pro Points race |
Brad Riley put in one of his signature come-from-behind
runs as he charged his way into the number four
spot before crossing the finish line. Riley’s
ability to overcome just about anything on the track
gave him the number three spot in pro points.
Can-Am’s Chuckie Creech has had a pretty
consistent season and it showed in his results.
Creech never finished outside of the top five
all season in the Pro class and claimed the number
four spot in points after rounding out the top
five in the final round of the season.
Charlie Calloway showed consistent improvement
throughout the season and claimed a sixth place
at the end of the day after holding off Brian
Ace. Calloway would also claim sixth place in
pro points.
Brian Ace, who was absent from the Sioux City
round, was back in action for the final and was
able to finish in seventh place. Ace also scored
seventh in season end points in the pro class.
Jordan Rummage finished in eighth place for the
day in the pro class with Michael Houghton in
ninth and Kristopher Bures rounded out the top
ten for the day.
