finished fourth after running on Hibdon’s rear

“This track really suits me,” said Wolff. “The
track is rough and I’m really good at finding
the unique lines to make passes. It wasn’t easy,
but it was a lot of fun. I was about worn out
at the middle of the race, so I really had to
keep pushing.”

Zychowski made his EDT debut this weekend and
earned two straight podiums in Pro Am Unlimited.
Zychowski finished third in Friday’s race. “I
came here not knowing what to expect and I came
out on the podium, so I can’t complain,” said
Zychowski. “Wolff got me on the off camber. He
came flying by the outside and he got around me.
This weekend has just been awesome.”

Hibdon was happy to be on the podium, but was
definitely hungry for a victory here.“I didn’t
get out of the hole like I expect,” said Hibdon.
“I got beat up a little bit. I was up in second
and then Nathan came around all of us on that
off camber. Third works for me. It’s better than
sitting out there broke.”

“It’s been a really good season,” said Chepkauskas.
“It’s difficult to stay on top of the machines
like I need to. Our season went well, though.
We were in the top five in Pro Am Unlimited points
and in the top 10 in Pro points.”
Michael Houghton, who came into the weekend leading
the points in Pro Am Unlimited and was running
second in Pro Points, reinjured his shoulder in
a crash during the Pro-Am Unlimited event Friday
and sat out the balance of the weekend’s racing,
which sidelined his championship hopes.
“I feel bad for Michael,” said Wolff. “We share
a lot of set ups and we have a very similar riding
style. It was unfortunate he wasn’t here.”
