Offroad Motorsports' David Plavi secured the XC2 class win & finished an impressive 2nd Overall in the GNCC SxS Race

“It was a big day for us,” said Plavi. “We got the holeshot on the seventh row and just started charging. I was trying to be a little cautious because the track was really rough. We just picked our lines right, made the right moves and made it to the front. We changed the set up on the Wicked Bilt Can-Am and I only drove it for 15 minutes yesterday. But the changes were huge and the car worked really well. This was a brutal race.”

Maxxis' Mike Penland claimed the Amateur Limited SxS Win

“The track really deteriorated with the water and the number of machines…There were dead UTVs everywhere to get around and sometimes over,” said Penland. “We got stuck in one hole three times. It was a mess. I’m thankful for the win.”

Denny Aubery won the Pro-Am event, followed by Uliana Leo and Brett Wingfield.

The Side by Sides return to the GNCC schedule April 16-17 during Round 4 at Big Buck Farm in Union, SC.
