High Lifter ATV Mud Nationals 2011

2013 High Lifter ATV / UTV Mud Nationals Report
::Continued::

Mark Wise's Modified Can-Am Outlander Utility ATV named "Caged" won the 2013 High Lifter Mud Nationals Bad 2 'da Bone Competition

The air ride suspensions along with monstrous stereos in the UTV section seemed simple compared to the gull wing doors and decked out hunt motif of other entries. When the doors closed and the ballots counted it was Mark Wise and his crazy detailed creation affectionately named “Caged” that took top honors. This Machine is a 2009 Can-Am Outlander 800+ that had some of the most detailed custom airbrushing and stitch work we have seen. Wise is no stranger to the custom builds in our industry though, as his machine “Rust Bucket” made a huge splash last year.

Brian Lane won the 2013 High Lifter Mud National Wet Sounds Mud Jam competition for the most outrageous stereo system with his Polaris RZR SxS

From the same location on vendor row and just an hour or so after the Bad 2 ‘da Bone contest it was time to see who could bring the loudest as well as the most outrageous stereo system to the bench.  The good people at Wet Sounds not only sponsored this contest but also tested each entry for sound superiority. Coming out the loudest was Scott Funderburk.

The most outrageous sound system was given to Brian Lane and his Polaris RZR. There were more speakers and noisy ion that machine than any other. Great job guys and be sure to visit your local hearing aid location soon.

The Outlaw BBQ Throw Down gave a few lucky attendees a chance to eat some good down home BBQ while a panel of three judges declared the winner. This yea, Babee Blues BBQ took top honors in the Outlaw BBQ Throw Down

The Outlaw BBQ Throw Down was a treat for those who love good cooking. The five contestants cooked up Ribs and chicken to be judged by a panel of three. The team named “Babee Blues BBQ” headed up by Damon Blue would take home the top prize award for the contest and many happy individuals who were just in the right place at the right time were treated to the massive outlaying of BBQ delights. This was the end of the day for most but the nightlife had just begun on the highline and down the trails
