MWEDT Racing Pro-Am Race Report
::Continued::
The MWEDT Racing Pro-Am main was next up on the
line and featured a few more riders than the Pro
main and with a few new names added to the mix.
The action was just as intense however as the
track claimed multiple riders within the first
moments.
Local racer and Wolff Motorsport’s national team member Jared Hulliung was sitting mid pack heading out onto the front straight when he and another rider collided together, sending Hulliung into the plywood barricade.

barricade

Hulliung and his RATH Racing bumper acted like a battering ram smashing though the wall and coming to a stop on the other side. Hulliung gathered himself and sat out the remainder of the event with a few scrapes and bruises. Meanwhile on the other side of the track, Tyler Sadler found himself on the ground as well with a much more severe crash which sent him to the hospital along with broken components on his race machine as well.

Luckily, Jared Hulliung was relatively unharmed after crashing through the barricade

The race was restarted back to the line and a fresh grooming was laid on the track. Kendall Webb was off to another early holeshot, but was very quickly under attack from Josh Hibdon and Nathan Wolff.

Wolff was once again the man to beat aboard his DASA / Wash Racecraft Honda 450R as he slid his way around both Hibdon and then Webb within the constraints of the race. Wolff had his work cut out for him coming off the line with a decent start in third place. Wolff laid on the throttle to make an outside pass on Hibdon and then reel in Webb and put another solid and clean pass to take over the lead. From here, Wolff kept his head down and went on to take the Pro-Am main win, his second win of the night.

Nathan Wolff also took the MWEDT Pro-Am Class win
