NAC’s Racing / ATV Innovations / Mom & Dad backed Jared Gessner made his first every appearance on the podium in the Pro-Am class this weekend as well. Gessner has been running both classes the entire season and is coming on strong lately as one of the youngest riders in the class. Gessner put his Yamaha YFZ450R onto the second step of the podium after going 4-2 on the day. Gessner’s first moto started off with a decent holeshot a lot of battling had to be done to secure his fourth place ride but this set him up for a good chance in the second moto.

MAXXIS / SF Racing / PEP’s Gessner used some motivation from earlier in the day with bad holeshots to push his way into second place during the second Pro-Am holeshot! Gessner remained here for the rest of the six-lap contest while trying to chase down Moore who was in the lead all while holding off Paolella who was in the third spot. Gessner finished off the moto in second place giving him a 4-2 set of moto finishes resulting in his second place spot on the podium.

Southside Polaris / Mystik Lubricants’ Cody Paolella was back after it in the Pro-Am class again as he came off the line in the first of two motos in good position and managed to come away with a third place ride after many good battles throughout the six laps.

Mom & Dad / Fly Racing / Polaris’ Paolella came out in the second moto of Pro-Am with the same great speed he found in the first moto and settled into a third place spot early on and rode this spot out until the checkered flag flew. Paolella with a 3-3 finish was able to hold onto a solid third place overall podium position, proving the rookie has what it takes to win in the Pro ranks this season.

The next round of the NEATV-MX series will head to Capeway Rovers in Carver, MA on July 27th where a pure sand track will great the racers with some exciting and new challengers.
