Peoria, AZ (3/2/2015) – Maxxis/H&M
Motorsports’ Beau Baron continued his onslaught
in the Pro ATV class at round three of the 2015
WORCS series with his third consecutive win, while
his teammate David Haagsma joined him on the podium
in second and LMR Racing’s Robbie Mitchell claimed
third.

The last time the WORCS series raced at Canyon
MX was two years ago, and racers dealt with heavy
rain and flooding, and once again, heavy rain
was in the forecast, but fortunately, Canyon MX
only experienced a few showers and sprinkles throughout
the weekend, which made for a perfect weekend
of racing. Many racers were excited for this round
because the facility features a full MX track
with lots of jumps, and the desert section of
the course offered some of the toughest terrain
of the season with rocks, cactus, whoops, and
deep sand to challenge the racers.

H&M Motorsports’ Beau Baron dominated the
Pro ATV class since the season opener in January
and this round was no different. Baron was in
the number two spot behind his teammate, David
Haagsma after just a couple of turns off the start
and stayed close, waiting for an opportunity to
get by. Baron got his way in the second lap and
took over the lead. Once out front he never looked
back and took a commanding win.

“My Sparks engine got me off to a great start
and my Maxxis tires and Tire Blocks hooked up
great. I got by Robbie and David and I just stayed
out front. I really enjoyed this race and the
track was awesome,” said Baron.
