Wins Pro SxS Stock

In the SxS Pro Stock class, Codey Rowley took
his second win of the season to extend his points
lead to 15 points over Jacob Shaw finishing in
the second in the spot.

“It was a crazy race. I had no brakes and couldn’t
see because of the mud. I was in second off the
start and took the lead in the first lap and then
my brakes went out right after that. I just tried
to drive as hard as I could and keep that lead.
I knew Jacob Shaw was right behind me, and I could
see him, so I just kept pushing. I needed that
win really bad and I am really stoked to get it,”
said Rowley, who is the class points leader

Jacob Shaw was fourth off the start but worked
his way up to second by the third lap and was
closing in on the leader. “I had a good start
but I had some trouble getting around people because
of the conditions but I got up to second and I
was closing in on the lead but I ran out of time,”
said Shaw who claimed a second place finish and
is also second in points.

Ryan Holz was in mid-pack off the start, but
he was able to make a charge and worked his way
up for a third place finish to claim his first
podium finish. . “The course was really fun and
my car worked great. I am really stoked to get
my first podium. This is my first year of SxS
racing and it is going pretty good so far,” said
Holz.

Collins Webster finished in a close fourth place
while Chris Deshon rounded out the top five. Josh
Frederick was looking good as he claimed a sixth
place finish with Corbin Wells in seventh and
Kyle Melville in eighth
