Can-am's
#62 Jeremie Warnia |
Can-Am Motoworks racer Jeremie Warnia took second
overall in round one and then hung on for fourth
in round two and is now sitting comfortably in third
place of the points race. Warnia has been spending
a lot of time training and preparing for the 2010
Nationals and it shows as he is looking faster than
ever. “I really like this series because it
is set up like Nationals.
I am looking forward to racing at Glen Helen
for round three and four and I hope to be on the
podium. This series is very good practice for
me and my team. We have been working hard and
training for Nationals and this helps us to work
on things and we get our quads dialed in,”
said the French rider. Warnia was at the front
of the pack all season long in both WORCS and
the ITP Quadcross series, where he took the Open
Pro Championship for 2009, and he is hoping to
keep it that way for this series as well. “I
would really like to do well and win the championship!”
stated Warnia, who will be competing in the entire
series next to his Can-Am Teammates.

Stator's #549 Beau Baron |
2009 WORCS Pro ATV Champion, Beau Baron was looking
solid aboard his MCR backed Honda TRX450R. Baron,
who is a relative newcomer to ATV racing compared
to most of his competitors, went 4-5 in rounds one
and two to put himself in a respectable fourth place
in points. “This series is a really great
idea. I wanted to add more motocross to my program
for this coming season without having to sacrifice
rounds, and this is the perfect way to do it. Not
to mention it’s great for testing a training
for anyone during the off season,” said Baron,
who has plans of attending all of the rounds.

Bull's #94 Dustin Nelson |
ITP Quadcross Pro Production Champion, Dustin Nelson
ran into some bad luck for the first round of the
series when he ran into some electrical problems,
but the Yamaha backed rider rebounded for round
two, taking third overall for the day, which brought
him up to fifth place in points. “I had some
issues in the first moto so that really affected
my results, but round two went much better for me
and I was able to finish in the top three,”
stated Nelson, who is also taking advantage of the
extra track time the series provides to dial in
some new components he will be using in 2010.
