From the underside of the Teryx you want to remove the ten bolts that are holding the stock skid plate on to the chassis. Next remove the two nuts securing the stock front head pipe to the motor. Once the front and rear head pipes are removed transfer the crush gaskets to the Motoworks exhaust system only if they are in decent shape. Motoworks recommends replacing the crush gaskets if they are damaged to ensure no leaking which means lose of power.
To install the Motoworks exhaust use the supplied nuts and washers and install the exhaust in reverse order you uninstalled the stock exhaust system.
We had a chance to ride our Kawasaki Teryx 750 4x4 Project SxS / UTV on various terrains including the sandy riding park of the Bad Lands in Attica, IN and even at Ballance MX in Kentucky where the AMA ATV MX National Championship Series is held.
“After we installed the Motoworks exhaust system on the Teryx I felt like it opened up the power in the mid-to-top end range. It was differently more fun to ride with the Motoworks exhaust when you could hear what you were riding compared to the stock exhaust!” said ATVriders.com test rider Landon Glass.

The Kasawaski Teryx 750 4x4 SxS / UTV Motoworks SR4 exhaust is lounder than the stock exhaust system & has a crisp deep sound that sounds great |
The Motoworks SR4 exhaust improved the mid range to top end by giving it a little more horsepower and bite. But with a bigger bite, comes with a louder bark.
“The Motoworks SR4 exhaust is definitely louder than the stock exhaust, but it is not as loud as some of the aftermarket ATV exhausts on the market. The Motoworks SR4 has a crisp deep sound unlike stock system” stated Landon Glass.
Overall the Motoworks SR4 Utility UTV exhaust system added more power to our project which meant more fun to be had ripping up the trails and the track! We would suggest taking a serious look at the Motoworks SR4 exhaust system if you want to increase power and add a sportier sound to your ride.
