We began our aadventure at the Chukka Cove Farm. The guides gave us a brief safety overview of the Polaris Trailblazer 330 ATV, and explained how to properly operate an ATV while on the journey because for many this is there first time ever riding an ATV, which makes the Polaris Trailblazer 330 perfect for beginners with its automatic transmission and ease of use.

Before we headed out on our ride, the tour guides did brief overview of how to properly operate the Polaris Trail Blazer 330 and informed us about rider safety

“It was my first time on an ATV, so safety was a big concern for me, so I was glad we had training before headed out on the ride,” said Earl.

Once we got our helmets buckled, we headed out on the trails across the old Sugar Factory on the Richmond property with our guides, Fitzroy and Conroy. The plantation that we ventured across was active in the 1600’s and some old relics of buildings still remain.

We then ventured deeper into the Jamaican country side, which included a wide array of tropical plant life along with the Jamaican Pimento “allspice” tree, which has tasty leaves and fruit.

Along our ride we stopped and tasted the Jamaican Pimento "allspice" tree leaves and fruit. Allspice is a common ingredient in Jamaican Jerk Sauce

The plant got the name “allspice” because the fruit taste like a combination of cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and pepper all in one spice.  The allspice tree fruit is a common ingredient in the famous Jamaican Jerk Sauce that is a local favorite for chicken and pork.
