The chassis is also up swept on each side for increased ground clearance creating better maneuverability. It’s narrow frame design maximizes the length of the a-arms and suspension travel. Yamaha also used wide arc a-arms to ensure maximum ground clearance, giving the driver more confidence driving over large rocks or other obstacles along the trail. To help protect the rear wheels from getting snagged on trees, the chassis also features integrated nerfbars.

The KYB fully adjustable hi/lo comp, rebound, threaded preload piggyback shocks with 9.7” of travel in the front and 10.6” of travel are designed give the driver and passenger a smooth ride even over the harshest terrains. By the looks of these shocks they appear to be the longest shocks in its class and we can’t wait to test them out on the trail.

Two storage compartments located within in the cab one in the glove compartment and one within the center console. Located between the seats oversized air filter that can be easily accessed and changed without tools by removing the storage bin in the center console.

Moving from the Yamaha Wolverine’s cab towards the rear of the machine, you will find a unique bed designed with performance and ease of use in mind. Upon first glance you will notice that the bed is angled in on both sides. This was done to move the bed away from zones that it’s prone to get scratched when making tight corners.
