In second place was the number twenty-eight of
Tyler Turner. Turner had a very strong and solid
ride in second place, turning lap times very close
to the leader and staying in second all race.
Turner kept the leader of Sepesi honest by finishing
just under one second behind him at the end of
the race.

quick work to get into third. Deemer was the only

The Women’s class provided intense racing
thanks to the number five of Aubre King stepping
up to take the win. This was King’s first
national win and she even put down the fastest
lap of the class with a 1:06.006. King’s
training has paid off as she showed everyone she
came to win this season.

The 2015 Women’s Supercross Champion and
two time ATV MX Champion Megan Shepherd put in
a strong ride to finish second. “I had a
pretty good weekend, but it didn’t go as
well as I hoped. I made a mistake the second moto
and it was just really hard to pass. I was a little
confused with how the heats work, I thought I
had it won with just getting second with how Aubree
finished, but its how the second moto counts,
which I didn’t realize. It didn’t
go as planned but at least this race doesn’t
count for the championship, so I’m pretty
excited for the first round. I’m ready to
get back home and do some homework,” stated
Shepherd.
