Moto Two - Pro ATV Race Report
::Continued::

Dasa Racing's Joe Byrd grabs the ATVriders.com Holeshot Award for Moto Two
In the Second Moto, it was Byrd out front again with the Holeshot followed by Wimmer, Lawson, Bithell, and Plante, but this Moto, Byrd’s lead would be short lived as the hard charging Wimmer would make the pass half way through the first lap to take control of the lead. Byrd stayed within striking distance of Wimmer for the first half of the race, but seventh lap, Wimmer extended his lead to 4 seconds over Byrd.

Joe Byrd again was experiencing mechanical issues, which allowed Wimmer to expand his lead to over 12 seconds by the checkered flag. Once again, Lawson tried to capitalize of the Byrd’s misfortune, but there wasn’t enough time and Byrd finished the Moto less than a second ahead of Lawson in third.

Jasmin Plante & Pat Brown

Pat Brown found himself in a battle once again for the fourth spot, but this time it was with Jasmin Plante. The pair battled for the spot till the sixth lap when Brown clipped Plante while attempting a pass, which sent Brown tumbling and to the rear of the pack, and allowed Plante to secure the fourth spot. Fortunately, Brown was able to remount and coast around the track to finish out the Moto.

Richard Pelchat managed to keep his Yamaha on all four wheels in the second Moto and worked his way up into the fifth spot with Josh Creamer applying the pressure till the checkered flag with Creamer recording his fastest lap of the Moto in the second to last lap of the race, but was unable to make the pass on Pelchat.
