::Continued::

Jason and Derek Murray in the #1917 Can-Am Maverick MAX started in the number 14 spot and worked their way up to fifth place, but they had a coil failure in the final stretch of the race, so they couldn’t go over 20 mph, which dropped them out of the top ten.

"We had a good race, but had an issue and fell back. Next season we will be racing in the new Can-Am Maverick turbo and we feel pretty confident that we can put her on the podium every race next season,” said Derek Murray.

In the SR1 Class, Matt Krimple started the race in their John Deere Gator and then switched at pit A with his new son-in-law JD. Once behind the wheel, JD stayed on the gas and finished out the race with his new wife Sarah to earn the SR1 Class win as well as the 2014 BITD SR1 Class Championship
