                                    >> Continued | Frank Batista, who is no longer racing for Polaris,
was looking strong on his new McKibben Motorsports
backed Honda 450R ride, as he took third in his
heat race and the Pro main. Batista would battle
briefly with KTM’s Chuckie Creech, but Batista
would pull away slightly and ride his own race
in third place all the way to the finish line.

Frank Batista made his switch to the McKibben
Motorsports Team for Pine Lake & amazing
in his debut race on the Honda 450R, Batista
earned himself a spot on the Podium as
he remained unchallenged for nearly the
entire race to claim the 3rd spot | “It felt really good to go out there on
a new quad and get on the podium right away,”
said Batista, who has decided to try his hand
at the next couple of rounds of the WORCS series
to fill up his schedule a bit. Chuckie Creech, who ran into some trouble at
the previous round in Danville, VA, was having
a pretty good day as well. Creech took away the
heat win from Michael Coburn when Coburn went
                                wide in a turn.

Chuckie Creech continues to make strides
with his new KTM ride for 2009 as he claimed
the Pro Heat race win over Michael Coburn,
and he just missed his Pro Podium debut

Frank Batista | Creech then went on to charge his way into the
number three position in the Pro main event, but
connected with Kirby Cooke and fell back. Creech
would work his way back to the number four position
before reaching the checkers. Ryon Partee also
put in a solid race to round out the top five.
