Brian Wolf was looking strong as he charged
his way to a solid sixth place finish, while
KTM/FRE’s Bryan Cook took a seventh place
finish. Donald Ockerman held on for eighth with
Johnny Gallagher finishing in a close ninth,
while Jeff Pickens would round out the top ten
in the XC1 Pro class.

The XC2 Pro-am class saw another win from Walker
Fowler; his third straight win this season.
Gabe Phillips would take home a second place
finish while Eric Hoyland rounded out the top
three.

In the Women’s class, Yamaha’s
Traci Cecco took her first win of the season
and claimed second overall, while Can-Am/Warnert
Racing’s Lexie Coulter finished in second
in the Women’s class and Angel Atwell
claimed third.
In the morning utility classes, Can-Am/UXC
Racing’s Cliff Beasley remained undefeated
in the U2 class, while teammate Michael Swift
claimed the 4x4 Open win and found his way to
the morning podium in third overall. “This
was a really fun race and to take my class win
and be on the podium makes it even better,”
stated Swift, who is also the current 4x4 Open
points leader.

In the Master’s 50+ class, racer Dave
Simmons not only took his class win, but also
topped the morning overall podium.
Round number four of the 2011 GNCC series will
head to Union, SC for the Big Buck round on
April 9th, where the competition will be even
more intense as the points race tightens and
racers contend for the podium.
