In the MAXC Racing youth classes, the racing action was just as action packed as the adult classes.
After receiving a DNF at the last round, Tyler Weltich earned a well deserved win at the Thunder on the Mountain MAXC in the 13-15 yrs 300cc 4 Stk class.

Rounding out the 13-15 yrs 300cc 4 Stk class was Caleb Mason in second and Alex Cline.
Bo Martin claimed the win in the 90cc Production class keeping his perfect 8-for-8 season alive. Finishing second was Tanner Greene and Damien Hawkins in third.

One of the most exciting Youth classes to watch is the 90cc Limited class. Walker Fowler and fellow racer Bryce Cooper have been battling for the points lead all season.

Jase Cooper grabbed the early lead by taking the Holeshot, but it would be his brother Bryce Cooper who make the pass shortly into lap number one.

Bryce held the number one spot until lap two when Walker Taylor took over the lead. The two would battle down to the finish as Walker Taylor earned his sixth win of the season in the 90cc limited class.

The MAXC Racing Series will head to Casey, IL on October 17 for the Mid America Challenge at Lincoln Motorsports. Round 9 should be interesting as only two rounds remain in the 2014 MAXC Racing season.
