Earning the final spot on the MAXC Pro Podium in third was Kevin Cunningham. On the start Cunningham rounded the holeshot in third. Cunningham ran consistent lap times running in third all but one lap.

“I got off to a pretty good start. I just tucked in there and I didn’t know how bad the dust was going to be and it turned out to be pretty bad. I kind of just fell in line there and I was running in fourth almost all day and Marshal [Goings] ended up breaking. All of us were pretty spread out the whole day and we just ran our own race and we are just excited to land on the podium,” explained Kevin Cunningham

Finishing fourth at the Thunder on the Mountain was 15-year-old Cody Collier. This young racer is one to watch as he is always among the top pros despite racing with pros almost twice his age and experience.

Earning fifth in the MAXC Pro Class was Raymond Humphrey. The Yamaha mounted racer was on the gas all day and was putting on a strong showing at MAXC Round 8.
