Lindle got off to a second place start behind
Austin Gourley who snagged the holeshot, but
he slid off the course and into a tree, which
sent him back several positions early in the
race, but he put his head down and charged
to the front of the pack with the early leader,
Cole Richardson suffering a mechanical issue,

“I’m always better in the second half of
the race is seems like, I get more loosened
up, and after I saw a few guys out there struggling
and Cole (Richardson) broke down, I knew it
was time to make a charge. I held it wide
open through a creek crossing and made a pass
on the leader and just held on for dear life.
We battled all the way down and into the final
section, and I came away with the overall.
This is my first race here at the MAXC, and
it was awesome! I’ve heard a lot of good things
about the series, and I’ll be trying my hardest
to come back for more of these events,” said
Lindle on his win.

Penny Pinchin’ Racing / Moto Xperts / Spider
Graphix’s Jay Humphrey who is a long-time
MAXC contender made the trip out for the Big
Nasty, after not riding his quad all winter.
Humphrey who now races dirt modified cars,
put on a good show for crowd and came away
with a second place finish. Humphrey got off
to a bad start in last place, but he made
up for it throughout the race. Humphrey got
passed by Lindle in the midst of the race,
but he then set his sights on Braden Nichols
who was running in second place. Humphrey
went wide open down the hill into the water
hole near the finish line to make the pass
on Nichols just before the finish line to
secure a second overall finish on the podium.
