Canadian racer, Jasmin Plante came out to test the waters and held strong for a 4-4 finish, that earned him a 4th place overall, while Polaris mounted Aaron Meyer’s 6-6 finishes rounded out the top five overall.

Tony Lucaselli was looking good as he claimed the number six spot, and Richard Pelchat still managed a 7th place overall despite bike issues in moto two that sent him to the back of the pack. The number eight spot was held down by national pro Rocco Arno, Jr. who will be following the entire series this season.

Can-Am/BCS Performance’s Matt Pomeroy was looking good in pro moto one, but Pomeroy ended up getting t-boned in the first corner which sent him to the back of the pack. “I got t-boned off the start, so that put me back, but I worked back into 10th place,” said Pomeroy, who finished in 9th place overall.

#101 Rocco Arno Jr. has signed on with Kawasaki to race the KFX450R in the NEATV-MX series for 2009

Kawasaki mounted Jason Connell put on a consistent performance. With an 11-10 finish, the CT native rounded out the top ten. Ralle Rookey made the jump to the Open Pro class this season and faired well in 14th place overall. Myles Santaniello, who was a regular in the top five last season, just couldn’t catch a break this round as he crashed in both Pro motos, ending his day in 16th place overall.

#44 Myles Santaniello couldn't catch a break in both Pro Motos as he wrecked more than once to finish 16th Overall
