Next up was the Pro race which had twelve
racers fighting for their share of $3,000.
Joey Pratt had the fastest qualifying time
and would lead the pack to the green flag.

Joey
Pratt turned the fastest qualifying
time & earned the first starting
position
|
Joey would battle closely with Shawn Hess
until a mechanical issue caused Shawn to drop
back into 3rd allowing Brian Reiter to move
into 2nd. Joey, Brian, and Shawn all pulled
away from the rest of the field, which had
Brandon Nix running in 4th. Joey Pratt stayed
out front while Brian Reiter was putting on
a hard charge to take over the first place
position. Meanwhile Brandon Nix was doing
his best to capitalize on Shawn Hess’
mechanical issue and try and move into 3rd.
|
Brian
Reiter took the RWP win in his Polaris
RZR XP 1000
|
Brian Reiter was able to put an amazing pass
on Joey to gain the lead with 4 laps left
in the race, and that’s how the race
would finish. Brian Reiter was able to put
his Hess Motorsports Polaris RZR 1000 on top
of the podium with Joey Pratt taking 2nd in
his Polaris RZR 1000, and Shawn Hess in spite
his mechanical issue was able to grab the
last podium spot with a 3rd place finish also
in a Polaris RZR 1000.
|
Shawn
Hess finished in third despite having
mechanical issues
|
Brandon Nix would come up short of the podium
but still manage to grab some cash with a
fourth place finish.

The races would end with Polaris taking the
top two podium spots and Can Am grabbing third
in the Pro Am class and a Polaris RZR 1000
podium sweep in the Pro class. Great job to
all of the racers who made it out to see if
they could handle the Rednecks with Paychecks
SxS show down!
