2015 Arctic Cat XR 500, 550, & 700 Review
2015 Arctic Cat XR 550 & XR 700 Review
::Continued::

One of the big things Arctic Cat focused on for the 2015 XR utility ATV line was rider comfort. The 2015 Arctic Cat XR line up uses the same all-new chassis for all models. In order to give a better riding experience, Arctic Cat has a lower seat profile and they have reduced the angle of the steering post to reduce rider reach during turning, which is great for smaller riders. The foot position has also been narrowed by 2 inches and the engine has been moved forward to give more room in the foot well area, which really made a difference in riding comfort.

Arctic Cat’s user friendly approach to maintenance has made it much easier to take care of the machine. The air filter is now easily accessible, right under the seat, and has a paper element that is covered by a water resistant sock and is easy to replace. The paper filter eliminates the need to clean and oil your filter regularly, like with most foam modules.

The battery is also located under the seat for easy access and maintenance, and space is available to install a larger battery or utilize the space for additional storage.

Three different engine displacements are available in the 2015 Arctic Cat XR utility ATV line. All are the H1 liquid-cooled single-cylinder engines that deliver smooth, consistent acceleration. Electronic fuel injection enables a wide torque curve and effortless power delivery.
