Racing Pro Report

H&H Extreme ATV’s Josh Hibdon was also looking fast off the start, and forced his way into second in the first turn. Hibdon stayed close to the leader and waited for a mistake. Unfortunately, Hibdon never had an opportunity for a pass and crossed the line with a second place finish.

“The day went alright. In the heat race I came out dead last, so I made a lot of changes after that. I changed up the tires and my setup a lot. I had the last gate pick on the line near the concrete wall and came out of there probably fourth of fifth and was spinning and just railed the berm on the high-side and came into second. The rest of the race, me and Houghton went strong, and I stayed right behind him and Andrew (Evanyke) was right behind me, and I didn’t want to make any crazy moves because he was right there behind me. I have to thank H&H Extreme ATV, RATH Racing, Custom Axis and everyone who helps me out,” said Hibdon.
Andrew Evanyke also put up a good fight in the Pro-am Unlimited class. Evanyke was in third off the start and stayed close to the leaders. Despite his best efforts, the tight track did not give him an opportunity to make a pass stick and he settled for a third place finish.

“It was super tight the whole race and I came out of the hole in third place after an eighth gate pick and the whole race was tight. I just tried to make a few moves but couldn’t get it to stick. I want to thank TSI Competition Engines, Robert’s Racing, and ESJ Graphics for all of their support, I’m happy to be on the box,” said Evanyke.
