“The Wicked Bilt/ Can-Am was great today,” said
Plavi. “I’ve had some bad luck in the last couple
of races. I knew we had the speed and the machine,
but you have to have a little bit of luck to make
it happen. It all came together today.”
Coastal Racing’s Sean Bogdan, in just his second
year of XC2 competition, won a tight title chase
by finishing ahead of Michael Swift and within
the top five to keep Plavi from overtaking the
points lead.

win the championship. Swift and I were battling
it out all day, and I just finished ahead of him
so that wrapped up the championship.”
In the XC3 Lites class, Kymco’s Dan McConnaughey
ran a consertive race to finish in the top five,
which was his first time finishing out of the
top three all season to secure the class championship
