Marie-Eva Huppe and #67 Paige Whipple
would both get close in the Women's holeshot |

Amy Thompson makes the pass on #67 Paige
Whipple to move into the first place |
Susan Parker may have wrapped up the Women's
Class championship, but the battle for the second
place is still on. Angie Maher was able to gain
enough points last round to take over the second
place. The Women would only run one moto at
Walden MX due to the mud, so first moto scores
would count double. Marie-Eva Huppe would take
the Women's holeshot, but Paige Whipple would
soon after take the lead for the first half,
until Amy Thompson would make the pass to take
first. Huppe and Laura Pilotte would have a
good battle behind the leaders. Maher would
get hung up on the gate in the holeshot and
be behind, but would make it up to the third
position by the last lap. The top three for
the day would be Thompson, Whipple, and Maher.
