Kawasaki Brute Force Utility
ATV Model Line-Up Review |
Attica, IN (11/16/2009) - On
October 15th, I was asked by Harlen Foley of ATVRiders.com
to come out and test ride Kawasaki’s new
2010 Brute Force ATV line up at the Badlands Off-road
Park in Attica, IN. To somewhat of my surprise
most of what Kawasaki had there to ride were utility
quads.
Kenny Hill was in charge of taking the photos
on this outing and he was the director and chief
whom told me where to go, where to ride, and
what lines to take to get the best possible
photo. It was not 15 minutes into arriving he
had me on one of three the biggest ATVs I’ve
ever been on, the Brute Force 650 4x4, Brute
Force 650 4x4i, and the Brute Force750 4x4i.

These quads were like tanks compared to the
sport quads I was used to. I was a practically
born and raised on sport quads I never really
rode a utility quad no more than across the
farm at my buddy’s house. I have always
thought of Utility ATV’s as just slow
moving workhorses. So naturally I have been
dogging on them all my life!

The
Badlands offered many variations in terrain
for test riding the Brute Force 650 and
750i, made up with very gritty pea gravel
like sand |
Here I was sitting at the bottom of a sand
bowl on the mother of all Brute Forces’
the 750 4x4i; which to me seemed like a car
with handlebars. The Badlands offers many variations
in terrain most of which are made up with very
gritty pea gravel like sand. Ken set up his
strobe lights and says to me “ok take
this line up the hill and then when you get
to the top, turn left and gun it. And oh yea
try not to hit my lights or run over me.”
