The Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT features double wishbone suspension both front and rear with 8.7" of travel, which is actually more than the Kawasaki Teryx. The suspension, however, is set up for hauling heavy loads but it still does a nice job of soaking up the trail.

While driving the Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT fully loaded, it does want to sway a little more when turning, but we felt that by stiffing up the suspension would help eliminate any body roll if you plan on having the Mule fully loaded with six people often.

Hydraulic dual 212mm discs with two-piston calipers brakes come standard on both front and rear and do a really nice job of bringing the machine to a stop even when fully loaded down.

Overall we were pretty impressed with the 2015 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT. We would have to agree with Kawasaki on that is the all-new “King of Mules” and that we really enjoyed our experience driving it. With all of its features like EPS, innovative Trans-Cab system, and ability to seat six, we feel it would ideal for someone who wants all the great hard working features of a Kawasaki Mule but wants many luxury feature of a truck.
